1C and SSL certificates - how to make friends?

I need to add all functionality related to security certificates (client, server, http connection, web connection, ftp connection) to my configuration. In typical configurations, I did not find anything other than the default initialization of the SecureConnectionOpenSSL(). Can you please tell me in which specialized configuration such functionality has already been implemented and can you study it? Thank you.
