How to use OpenSSL version 1.0.1 in ubuntu 16.04 if 1.0.2 is embedded?

Good afternoon, there was a problem, on duty it is necessary to use openssl 1.0.1 and on ubuntu 16.04 1.0.2 is patched openssl now with
#openssl version outputs:
OpenSSL 1.0.2g-fips 1 Mar 2016 (Library: OpenSSL 1.0.1e 8 Oct 2013)
and everything is fine until it comes to ssh
. I try ssh-keygen and it gives an error:
OpenSSL version mismatch. Built against 1000207f, you have 1000105f
similar situation with ssh [email protected]
I take openssh to install again and this is what happens:
The openssh-server package is configured (1:7.2p2-4ubuntu2.1) …

@AdilA

put back the system openssl, build the required version from the sources in /usr/local and link with it specifying the path manually
