Which file is signed with the key?

There are "documents" (.xml) files and there are "signatures" (.sig) files. It so happened that I can not find the required digital signature file for a particular document.
Is it possible to find out from a digital signature file "what is signed by it" (hash or something else)?
Sample digital signature rghost.ru/59370748

You can find out what is signed. But you need to know the signature format.
Your "digital signature sample" is not really a signature, but a certificate bundle.
