Zend Studio and collaborative development?

It is necessary to make a small project together, being at some distance.
Installed Zend Studio 8. Created a project with uploading to the server via SSH.
But I can’t figure out if it’s possible and how, if possible, to synchronize work on a project between two Zend Studios in order to organize teamwork.
Connoisseurs tell me.

Maybe it makes sense to use subversion, git, cvs or another version control system?

1. Svn/git/mercurial (hereinafter referred to as the version system), it doesn’t matter if you have ssx or not
2. The version system uploads only the changed parts to the server and not the entire project
3. Each team member can pull up only the changes of another team member without spoiling this has its own changes (in most cases, there are exceptions)
4. version systems were invented specifically for teamwork, you should not avoid them, listen to ilyaplot and set yourself version systems
