Zabbix server on ubuntu, clients on windows?

Good afternoon, I want to deploy monitoring for servers on windows using zabbix. I plan to do this: I put the zabbix server on the ubuntu 16 server and the clients on the windows server, they are removed, there is a connection with them through vpn tunnels. Am I doing everything right?

Will work. If the vpn is planned only for monitoring and the server has a white ip, then the monitoring traffic can be encrypted with a certificate
