Zabbix does not send auto-registration notification, what could be the problem?

The point is this. Auto-registration of hosts is configured on the Zabbix server. The "Operation" indicates - connection of templates, transfer to a host group and sending an alert to email. The fact is that notifications do not come, but the templates are connected, the host is transferred to the group, and everything seems to be fine. I went through all the logs, nowhere is even mentioned an attempt to send an email. All other notifications from triggers, etc. come without problems, i.e. The error is in auto-registration. Tell me where to dig and what to look for?
