zabbix 4.2 template to monitor two concurrent providers?

I have 2 different IP addresses from 2 separate providers. How to organize monitoring of each of the network cards, if the link on one card falls, then a message arrives in the mail. I read that you can stupidly ping each of the IPs, but I don’t know how to do it. newbie. Please share the template, and then according to the scheme, I will rebuild it to fit my needs.
