Z-Wave or ZigBee for a smart apartment?
I looked for ZigBee, there is a very large number of sensors and modules, most of them come from China from noName manufacturers, with Z-wave it is worse and the prices are more expensive due to closedness, but there are brands that are known to everyone and modules are certified.
The apartment will not be very smart, smoke detectors, water / gas leaks and a few smart bulbs)
What protocol to build on?
