YouTube embedded iframe is being blocked by AdBlock. How can I fix it?

The site has a block cover with an automatically playing video.
Problem - adBlock, adGuard, etc. disable automatic playback.

controls=1&

Any idea how to bypass adblock?

@YumeReaver

No way. I just put adblock,ublock to block such things, and if they still slip, I just close the tab in annoyance. Don't try to give people something they don't like.
