YouTube crashes on Firefox when rewinding a video. How to decide?

Good afternoon. I understand that after version 63 it started. When rewinding a YouTube video, it freezes while the Firefox process starts to load the system. Killing this process helps unfreeze the video.
Here is a good example
# system:
Processor with built-in APU Intel HD610, the latest firewood on the video.
Windows 10 LTSB.
# addition:
This is definitely a FF bug. I rolled back to version 62.0b9 (the last one was before 63), and the bug was gone.

@ColdSpirit

Setting layers.gpu-process.enabled to false in about:cofnig helped .
