Youtube API, how to add a user by email to the list of those who can access the video via the link?

At a certain point in time, using a webhook, I receive contact information (email). Using this email, I need to give the user access to a specific video on YouTube.
So far I have no idea where to start. Does anyone have experience? Where to start digging?

1. Open Classic Creator Studio and go to Video Manager. ( www.youtube.com/my_videos) .
2. Find the video you want and click Edit next to it.
3. Under the drop-down menu with access options, select Share.
4. Enter the email addresses of the users you want to share the video with and click OK.
