YouTube API. How can I implement playlist and single video?

It is necessary to implement the ability to add videos from Youtube.
The types of added videos are as follows:
1) Just a video
2) Playlist
With the API I tried to figure it out, the flood realized that I needed a <<Toaster>>.
Is it possible to just add a link to a playlist/video and paste it into the admin panel, and somehow filter the data on the server, and then pass it to the API?
I would like to see examples of a player with a playlist and with a video. I managed to find the second one, but there is no player with it. (If you know, then leave a link, please).
Is it possible to get the duration (duration) of a video or playlist using the API?
