Your recipes against laziness, boredom
Good evening. Sometimes it happens that it becomes boring at work - the day lasts an incredibly long time, you don’t want to do anything, there are no new thoughts ... How do you deal with such a thing?

To work well and productively, you also need to have a good rest. Moreover, if the work is related to technology, then the rest is diametrically opposed.
Open your own business - it will quickly knock out "long working days" and "measured fooling around" from you.
I would be happy if I could now work 12 hours a day.
IMHO, it can be boring and laziness appears when there is no progress - either the business is stuck (something is not working), or there are no development prospects in this business. It’s quite easy to fight laziness - put emotions aside and force yourself to work (I specially hung a poster over the monitor with the inscription “Do your work. Don`t be stupid.”, motivates), open the development environment and write code, even if it seems unpromising occupation (mediated by the developers). And in the second case, look for new facets of the business / project in which you can develop, or if there are none, look for another activity.
Laziness can only be defeated by deeds, and where there is deed, there is no place for boredom =)
If this happens at home, and not at work, then you can go in for sports: ride a bike, go to the pool, sauna.
I’ll find another occupation, distract myself for an hour or two, and then get back to work.
I’m learning Russian…
and if it’s on the topic, then switching to another type of activity helps, but in fact it’s different,
that is, if I programmed, then you don’t have to start learning English, this is not a switch, but hacking for 15 minutes into the simplest arcade game on your phone helps
physical activity is even better, but at least walk along the corridors ...
it is important to switch
Make a plan of what needs to be done. The more practical steps are described there, the easier it will be to take. I'm usually very reluctant to take on some incomprehensible task, so first I think over the steps in my head, write it down (now I'm sorting out with orgmode slowly), well, it seems to be more fun =)
If in my free time, I say to myself “Stop being lazy!!”, I take a camera and go on photo walks.
