Which task manager to choose?
A simple web oriented task manager is required.
Online services are of little interest due to security concerns.
What I would like:
1) Free
2) Tasks and subtasks
3) Simple interface
4) Appointment of responsible
5) Task schedules
6) As a wish, the ability to synchronize MS Exchange (owa) (pulling correspondence into a task)
7) As a wish written in PHP +mysql.
Thanks in advance.

Try Redmine . Completely covers the first 5 wishes, partly covers the sixth, and does not cover the seventh at all (written, if my memory serves me, in Ruby on Rails).
The last thing I liked was youtrack , especially when you connect the workflow to it via mail.
Of the ones you listed:
1. Free for installation on your own hardware and in the cloud, but only up to 10 users (no one cancels the possibility of a guest login, for example, accounts are considered).
2. yes.
3. grew out of a bug tracker so the main interface is similar to them.
4. yes.
5. there is a schedule for the implementation, there is the possibility of accounting for money, time, and actually anything.
6. there is a "pull", as you put it about MS Exchange, I can't say for sure because there was no need to use it.
7. what is not there - java, but as I wrote above they provide SaaS
More extra. a plus if you use the IDE from JetBrains in development, then since this is also their product, it can be closely integrated with them.
If we are talking about a more compact solution and "kanban" appeals to you, then probably at the moment you will not find a better one than trello
