Good day. I would like to know if there are options to change the design of the admin panel to modx revo?
Are there ready-made solutions or can I take the html template myself and "pull" it on the admin panel?

Many MODX developers leave the admin panel for admins (it’s more useful to do this so that the new admin doesn’t get lost), and for content managers they do something else, tailored for a specific site. The MODX API allows for this.
