Your application has been removed from Google play, how to fix this problem?
here is such a thing the other day I uploaded my first webview application on Google play and sent it for verification, after a few days they sent messages to the mail that your application violates Google rules because I allegedly do not have permission to use this site and the application was blocked, with violations (Spam - affiliate or webview spam) then I filed an appeal and provided proof that I am the owner of this site, the next day I received a response (We have accepted your proof of ownership of domino and have included below the details of what additional actions you need to take to ensure that your the app appeared on Google play) looks like this
but in the developer console the status of the app has changed from (Blocked by Google) to (Removed by Google) and Update Status (Pending)
Even when you go to the Release Overview section, notifications pop up (Your application has been removed from Google Play), while I don’t understand anything for consideration, either I’m stupid or Google has gone crazy
Maybe someone came across what should I do? Can you delete and reload? will i get a ban? please tell me who knows. thank you to all the indifferent

Change version and upload again. In the changelog, add a link to the edit describing that the application has been changed in accordance with the requirements of Google, it is advisable to indicate the user agreement page on the site.
