For analog cameras there is an excellent cable - KVK, it provides power supply and video signal through separate cores (price from ~ 40 rubles / meter [depending on the region])
, so it's better to use it.

If you really have a 4-core twisted pair cable, and not an alarm cable, then it doesn’t matter. Correctly, matching devices are needed at both ends, but for a short distance you can get by with simple BNC connectors for the terminal. Catering for a separate couple.
