I would like an analogue of HTA under Windows with only HTML5 support.
You need the ability to specify the size of the window + load the specified page in this window.
Maybe someone can write in what language, a simple window with a config in an external file (window size and download page) or maybe there are ready-made developments? I know that Chrome can be opened without a menu, but it's too complicated...it would be easier :)
