You need a screenshoter with post-processing of the image with a pencil or marker. What is a screenshoter for Linux systems?

Now I use the built-in screenshoter from xfce4-screenshoter - I don't have enough of it.

It is necessary so that I can use the pencil after the shot, I can save it immediately to the server on the Internet, and so on.
For information: my system is ubuntu 14.04/i3wm

Shutter is the best free app, especially when it comes to sharing screenshots. From the proprietary perspective, joxi is obviously the best. I use both occasionally.

if you take screenshots of pages in the browser, then the monosnap plugins, upload screenshot capture, etc., can be immediately published on the Internet

If there is a compiz, then it has such an option out of the box - draw with a pencil on the screen, and then take a screenshot)))
