Task Management
Antonio Banderos, 2016-12-25 21:47:01

You need a program that allows you to record and catalog information. What's your name?

I can't clearly formulate the question.
We need a program that allows you to record and catalog information (text) of the task type. With the ability to set tags, time frames for tasks / plans, highlight themed with color. Create task tree type chains. Link/forward to other tasks.
The bottom line is this:
Set priorities in different areas of activity. Designate global tasks for each priority, designate subtasks. I want the structure to be clear. The point is to streamline tasks, work out an approach and conveniently track.
Question:
What programs meet these requirements? Perhaps someone has used or is using something similar for self-organization or work. Give me names, share your personal experience. He built the desired schemes on paper - there is not enough paper. In addition, there is a need to change goals or to supplement and change them, perhaps sort them. It will also be a plus to be able to draw diagrams (such as flowcharts)

An interesting request)
In general, such a mind map is presented, only with tasks. It seems to me that you can adapt the capabilities of task managers to your goals. As I imagine on the example of Planiro :
- project = direction of activity. For example, development, accounting, marketing.
- The stage of the project reflects the goal / key tasks for a certain period of time. There, they can be specified.
- A project phase combines tasks. Plus, there is a visualization for the project - a task burnout diagram, a cumulative flow diagram, a visual display of who did how much (in the form of a filled line), a kanban board.
- The tasks themselves are sorted by priority, you can enter an estimate of complexity and flexibly configure links (in Planiro you can link almost any entity).
True, without visualization in the form of a mind map.
