You need a program for a tablet on windows, for caching rss feeds from feedly, or any other service. For subsequent offline reading when there is no internet connection.
I used greader on android. You synchronize all new notes, and then you read at any convenient time, even if there is no Internet from the cache.
Is there an equivalent for windows 8?
