Yoast SEO plugin not displaying meta tag field?

I ran into the following problem, the fields for changing the title and description meta tags are not displayed:

What settings do you need to enter in order to start displaying these fields again?

Tools / Group editor.
At the top there will be tabs "Name / Description".
