Yii2 testing, how to clear fixtures before test start and not at end?

Good afternoon!
I would like to set it up so that after testing the database is not cleared in order to see if something is wrong, then what exactly, what data was eventually obtained.
I tried to set cleanup: false in all settings in yml, it doesn't work. Redefining _after() doesn't work either.
How can this be done?
