Validation error - how to fix?

In the fronted registration form, the 'email' field already has the name: 'admin' and under it ' 'Email is not a valid email address'.

If you try to register some email, it still gives such an error.

Пользователь 'user' добавился в базе 'user', но доступ fo fronted закрылся и теперь даже выйти нельзя. Почему так?

it works quite logically. Unless the login field was saved in the wrong place, but this is kind of a question for Chrome.
