Yii2 No database connection?

Hello.
When transferring an application to yii2-advanced on hostinger.ru, I get the following error:

Database 'rolled up'. In common/config/main-local.php I registered the connection settings.
Why am I getting this error?

there is no such user / wrong password / no access to the requested database/table.
