Yii2 and CKeditor. What about plugins?

I now have ckeditor in the vendor folder. I downloaded the plugin https://ckeditor.com/addon/imageuploader to it, saved it in the /web/js folder
In the editor settings, I connected the plugin to it, a button appeared, when you click on "show on the server", a window opens with 404, and the address bar has the wrong path to the plugin.
What to do, how to install this plugin without touching the vendor?
