Yii: CJuiDialog + CJuiTabs not showing on 2nd click. Why?

There is a Controller in which I screwed CJuiDialog in the form of a modal. Inside the modal display content in CJuiTabs
When first clicked, the dialog (modal) is displayed normally, without any problems. Validated by AJAX and works as expected.
But as soon as you close the modal and open it again, the modal is displayed, but everything else stops working. Tabs are not rendered, validation does not work. It feels like JS is crashing, although Firebug does not throw any errors.
Please help me understand what is wrong and how to fix it.
