Yii authorization problem in login() with duration=0. How to fix?

Transferred from eVPS to a dedicated server and there was a problem with authorization.
If CWebUser::login duration=0, then it is not possible to log in.
Tell me, please, what needs to be changed in the server settings? On the local and on the other server everything works. On a CentOS 6.6 server
