Yesterday geolocation worked fine, but today returned error code 403?

Greetings! Just yesterday positioning worked as it should. But today the error is:

Network location provider at ' https://googleapis.com ' : Returned error code 403

С утра была новость что гугл обновил вид карт, но про API ничего не сказанно. Кто столкнулся с такой же проблемой?
P.S. проверял на разных компьютерах, в мозилле все работает.
