Yes, a run?

Am I the only one who gets so sick of this strange banner?
In my opinion, this strange dialogue of characters on the side of the text has been an eyesore for more than a year.
Why do they repeat this three times in a row: “Yes, yes. Overrun."? %)

Such behavior of the characters (when everyone said 'Yes, yes, overrun.'") I was also bewildered.
And the ideas in the banner, by the way, are interesting. 1) Depending on the time (the current hour), the speed of cars in both directions changes. 2) When you hover over a car, the nickname of some site user appears (it would be great if users who are currently on the site were shown.
But I didn’t like the implementation. 1) Instead of a cunning formula, the speed of the cars is set to wired in constant code with four if'ov 2) Usernames are simply hardwired into the code.

I specifically turned off AdBlock and NoScript to look - I still don’t see it. Can you show me a screenshot, it's very interesting.
