AdsKit replacement for app in Huawei AppGallery?

I want to port applications to AppGallery, since they have captured a sufficient piece of the market, on a test huawei without Google services, it was found that Google AdMob does not work. As an alternative, they offer to put their AdsKit. When registering an account, an error appeared on the site that there is no support for independent developers in Ukraine and there is no way to use their advertising yet, only for Enterprise users.
I searched through many articles and could not find an advertising provider that works other than AdsKit. Does anyone have any information about the providers that work for Huawei.

I read in one article that Appodeal works, spent time implementing it and it turned out that it didn’t.
