Faced such a problem Yandex Webmaster does not see sitemap.xml

Before that, I made the "Content Manager" group hid sitemap.xml
I looked in the internet and did not find how to solve it. Already broke my head.

Check through incognito, does the file open by url or not?
Check in robots. maybe a ban is worth it.

I also had it on different sites several times. By url, I see a map, Google sees the console, but Yandex webmaster does not see it. Again and again I sent him a file and registered it in the robots. And the notifications were even that there were no cards, ignored them, they would see them in the robots. At first I was worried, but then I realized that I was worrying for nothing. I got used to such a reaction of the webmaster.

In short, I decided myself, before that we made the "managers" group and hid these service files of the manager. Here I unchecked and everything worked.
