Stupid site on modx revo. How to speed up page generation?

The problem is this - the site contains approximately 700-1000 resources, in total there are about 50-60 tv fields in the system.
Not used All content output only through a self-written snippet (1 request for resources, 1 request for tv, all simple without left Join). On first load, the site generates a page in 4-9 seconds. When repeated, it returns from the cache in 1.5 - 3 seconds.
Here is the cache setting:

I would like the cache generation to be at least 1.5, and the return from the cache to be 1.
The site is built as a multi-landing and is configured via tv, and I really would not want to give up such flexibility.
Tell me in which direction to dig or can there be obvious errors?
