Yandex set up traffic rules account access to all its services?

It seems that as of today, Yandex has begun making domain mail accounts equivalent to Yandex's own accounts.
In any case, my account got access to Yandex.Music, but there is no Yandex.Disk...
Does anyone have this or is it a glitch?

Now there is also Yandex.Disk!
Not a glitch, but planned manipulations by Yandex.
Users of Yandex.Mail for Domain can log in to other Yandex services using their email address instead of their login. The following Yandex services will be unavailable
to Yandex.Mail for Domain users :
as well as the following paid services:

• transferring money to a performer on Yandex.Music;
• payment for a subscription in the Yandex.Music mobile application.
