Yandex Original texts: limit of 100 texts for the site or in general?

The documentation says that "you are allowed to add no more than 100 texts per day." Is this limit per account or per site?
Also wondering if it is possible to increase this limit?

I didn’t add a hundred texts, it seems to me that on the site, and not on the account. Try adding or contact Yandex support.
