Yandex Money, why don't HTTPS notifications come?

Good afternoon
According to Yandex's documentation on HTTP notifications when transferring to a wallet https://tech.yandex.ru/money/doc/dg/reference/noti... Yandex must send a request to the URL specified in your account.
Everything is set up, joxi.ru/gmvO8JMfx3XWP2 is enabled, but notifications do not come.
Sending a request manually (via Postman) to the same address leads to positive results.
Wrote in those. hosting support (Timeweb), and they replied that there were no restrictions, and according to their logs, nothing arrived from Yandex on their nginx.
I decided that the problem is still in the hosting, I rented a VPS, and on the VPS a clean server on the node also does not receive incoming requests from Yandex.
I checked both the combat payment and the test payment, and everything was in vain, there are no requests from Yandex.
Does anyone use their HTTP notifications?
Does it even work? Maybe there are some extras. conditions for sending these notifications from Yandex?

There should be only one ssl site on port 443.
those. one ip = one checkout account.
https://www.wormly.com - this is what tech support asked me to test 2 years ago.
most likely you have a conflict with the SSL certificate of the control panel (isp, vesta)
https://ip_servera:443 - your site should respond
