Yandex.Money — contesting transfers

Here's a letter came:

Hello.
Debit transactions on your account No. XXX have been suspended in accordance with clause 4.6.2.5 of the Agreement on the use of the Yandex.Money system.
Please note that operations are temporarily suspended pending review of your application.
One of the persons who made the payment in the Yandex.Money system disputes the crediting received on your account.
The money was credited to your account XX-XX-XX XX:XX:XX, payment amount: XX.XX and XXXX-XX-XX XX:XX:XX, payment amount XX.XX, XXXX-XX-XX XX:XX: XX, payment amount XX.XX.
Unfortunately, due to security reasons, we are unable to provide you with either the identity of the applicant or further details of the disputed payment.
If you agree to recognize the disputed payment as erroneous, please fill out an application for a voluntary refund (form dobrovolniyvozvrat_f6-6, form attached).
Please note: your account will be closed immediately after the return, so the application must indicate the number of the account to which we will have to transfer the balance.
If you do not agree to recognize the disputed payment as erroneous, then Yandex.Money in accordance with clause 9.2.1. terminate the contract with you.

Those. someone disputed the payment and 2 choices are given:

1) agree
2) disagree

In both cases, the account is closed!

Scenario!
We measure a lot of poison accounts that as yet fearless people have not transferred to a pro account and have not hidden from the eyes of anyone on their shit blogs and shop websites.
Helmet each 10 rubles.

yes, the real choice is either “I agree, I return the money”, or “no, all this money is mine” - but in both cases, the user leaves the account with his money (taking either all the money or the balance after the return) and starts life in the system again.
There are no restrictions on the number of accounts in the system, there are no accounts per person either.
but after a claim, only one type of account can “figure it out on its own and live on” - a professional account (money.yandex.ru/pro). the professional account turns on the mode of claims self-service, and it is not blocked, and it answers complaints itself, without our participation.

Call or write to support, in general, Yandex money works very poorly with a client, I have never been able to return money from a payment in Yandex money.

if your service assumes a noticeable probability of disputing payments, open a professional account to receive them.

That's right, Yandex does not want to deal with problem customers. An alternative, as already mentioned above, is a professional account.
