Yandex maps api: is it possible to build a route to a given point?

Hello! Is it possible to implement the "Build a route" function on Yandex maps on your site (through their API or something else ...). In this case, the end point is already known, and the user must choose the initial one himself.
I found only their "Router", but there, as far as I understood, it's not quite right.
