Yandex Maps API: 200 Polygon objects - hint glitches and low speed?

- there is a map with about 200 Polygon objects with fillHrefImage via canvas
- each Polygon has hintContent (html-tablet)
- api version api-maps.yandex.ru/2.1/? load=package.full
Problem 1: the behavior of hint is inadequate: you can hover over 5 objects and after that hint will stop popping up, then after a while without reloading it will start working again. you can hover 40 times - and everything works. the pattern cannot be caught, the console does not swear
Question 1: in which direction do you need to dig? how to debug
Problem 2: the whole thing is too slow even on the desktop.
Question 2:what places can be optimized for acceleration?
