Yandex mail with my domain does not work on Outlook 2016?

I bought a domain and delegated it to Yandex in order to create corporate mail for a public organization. Everything works successfully online, but when I add corporate mail to Outlook 2016, it gives an error. I have attached all the screenshots, please see what is my mistake and how to fix this problem.
