Yandex mail, stay on pop3 or switch to imap4?
Hello, there is an office for 25 jobs, we use Yandex mail for the domain. Users interact with mailboxes only through email clients, and download emails only via the pop3 protocol. In the settings of mail clients, the period for storing letters on the server is set to 14 days, it is convenient if something happens to the sweat client and the space on the server does not overflow.
I recently found out that back in 2014 Yandex banned the deletion of emails via pop3. I look into the mail of the secretary through the web interface, there are 1500 letters (they are not deleted via pop3).
90% of my users refuse to use the web interface. on older machines, this interface takes a very long time to load.
Question: What to do? Move clients to imap4? Then, when a letter is deleted from the inbox on the client, it is deleted from the inbox on the server. Or stay on pop3 and periodically manually clear 25 mailboxes via the web interface?

I use imap4 and don't worry. What I delete goes into the trash. And if I’m already emptying the trash, then I don’t need those letters for all 146%
