What's wrong with Wordpress or Yandex?

I noticed such a strange thing, I have a wordpress site + yoast plugin
, I have an ending in categories and sections of the URL without a slash and there is a redirect.

but for some reason in Yandex webmaster it constantly jumps in the indexing section of the page, they fly in as new pages of sections at the end of the URL of which there is a SLASH !!!!! and those pages that drop out (delete) without a slash, and I watch such carousels in history all the time.

as I understand it, the positions of the site can jump from this.

How can this be?
After all, I have redirects!!!

But as I understand it, by default in Wordpress, the end of sections ends with a slash?
how do i get it back in the back then?
