Yandex.Mail for Domain: 2 bugs or 2 features?

I linked Yandex mail pdd.yandex.ru to the domain in order to quickly start boxes for the team and use the chat with the same addresses. An option has been set to automatically add new mailboxes to the contact list. Two unpleasant glitches surfaced.
1) Mail clients are not authorized via SMTP and cannot send mail until you log in via the web and accept the terms of use for each mailbox individually.
2) The list of contacts in the chat is constantly reset: if you sort the contacts into groups, then after a while all the contacts are reset into one common heap. Tested on iChat under MacOS and in QIP 2012 under Windows.
Does everyone have it?

Quite logical. Before using, you must accept the terms of the agreement. The conclusion follows from this - this is a feature.

At one time, it was still necessary to include IMAP in mailboxes.

1. Yes, the behavior is similar, as mentioned above - introduced recently. Plus one more innovation - POP3/Imap does not send messages that are in spam (previously this behavior was not noticed), you can also enable their forwarding in the settings.

Hello!

In a few weeks, there will be minor changes in Yandex.Mail for Domain. Starting from October 30, only those who have accepted the User Agreement will be able to continue working with it through mail programs.

Not all users of your domain have done this. We sent letters to the owners of such boxes explaining how to accept the agreement:

You need to go to mail.yandex.ru. Enter your email address (not login!) and password in the authorization window. On the registration completion page, fill in the empty fields and check the box at the end.

Perhaps some of the recipients will not pay attention to the letter and will be surprised when the mail client stops working with the mailbox on Yandex. To avoid this, please remind users again about what needs to be done.

Thanks for understanding.
