Why does Yandex take so long to index a page change?

The essence of the problem: there was an old site, a month ago the site was completely changed on the same domain.
In the webmaster, already on the new site TIC 100, the pages of the site are indexed normally, with the exception of the main page! Title and Description are taken from the old ones. Why is that?
A month has passed since the launch of the new site.
The robot last visited Yandex Webmaster on 11/18/2014, i.e. 2 days ago.
I wrote to Yandex technical support, but they are silent.
How can you change this information very quickly in the search?

Yandex replied that this information was taken due to previously posted information in Yandex.Catalog. Now they have fixed it - we are waiting for the update of the search database.
