I changed them a week ago on hosting reg.ru in hosting support they said that everything is correct and you need to wait until Yandex indexes them, but almost a week has already passed ... and I need to do domain mail

If you do domain mail on Yandex, then DNS must be transferred to them.
What does reg.ru have to do with it?
In Yandex and set up MX. Everything should update immediately.
