1. Check the relevance of pages by limiting the search area to your site. site:doctu.ru directive when requested. If you search only on the site, the main page on ophthalmologists is considered the most relevant.
2. There are a lot of pages of the same type on the site, so there will still be a risk of such a shift of the relevant page in the search.
Try to increase the relevancy of neighborhood/subway pages. Now they have unreadable headings - " Children's ophthalmologists in Yaroslavsky Moscow ".
Much better would be " Children's ophthalmologists in the Yaroslavl district of Moscow - X doctors, Y reviews ".
It is the same with metro stations - not just a name, but a full-fledged readable heading for the page.
In principle, the issue is full of the same medical aggregators - you can focus on them when promoting.
