Yandex broke or is it just me?

I go to Yandex Market from a British IP address (because I'm there), after each (yes, everyone, Karl!) Yandex asks for a captcha. Moreover, the first captcha consistently turns out to be incorrect, and the second time it always passes. Am I the only one with such a problem, or does Yandex not like all non-Russian IP addresses so much?

UPD: I don't use any proxies, robots or anything else suspicious.

UPD: what other marketplace is there for the Moscow market, because you need to order gifts, and Yandex Market is broken into rubbish
