XMPP PHP - does it even exist?

Good day everyone.
I decided to write a small assistant for myself, which would send me notifications to Jabber when requests are received on the site.
Jab - from Yandex.
Google's xmpphp standard library does not want to work (502, 504 error)
Maybe someone has already faced a similar problem and can advise something?
