Xeon E3-1270 v5 or E5-2620 V4 for 1c terminal server?

Good afternoon, dear experts. I'm building a server for 1c - terminal on a Windows server. The base is not very big, but complex. Active users 10-12, more than 20 definitely will not be The question arose about choosing a processor. In terms of money and availability, there are 2 options for Xeon E3-1270 v5 or E5-2620 V4. 1s loves the processor frequency and the speed of exchange with memory. And here is the dilemma:
the E3-1270 has a much higher frequency, but the memory controller is 2-channel.
The E5-2620 has more cores, and a 4-channel controller with memory is much faster.
What do you recommend to choose?
