XenCloudPlatform 6.1, after installing paravirtual drivers on Windows system, they go into BSOD with error 7B, how to solve?

Good day, I recently raised a server at home with XCP on board and ran into a problem when installing XenTools and paravirtual drivers on Windows 2003 and XP systems, after rebooting, operating systems go into BSOD with an error 7B (a problem with working with a hard drive controller, or it changed, or the mode of operation has changed). At first I thought it was related to the transfer of 2003 win from real hardware to a virtual environment, but after installing XP on the same hardware and installing the same drivers, the system similarly went into a BSOD. I managed to call the rollback screen to the previous OS state in XP, but I did not understand how to call it in 2003 through XenCenter. And I still do not understand how to solve the problem with the drivers. I lost the system in 2003, but in XP I noticed that the driver for the controller was not installed in the manager, but the system works, one has only to install XenTools with the contents, so I get a BSOD. It is possible that you first need to install the driver (taking it from somewhere) and only then install it on top of XenTools, in order for the controller to switch the operating mode before the system reboots. Maybe someone faced such a problem, what caused it and how to solve it?
There is also an option with fine-tuning programs (something like Win7 manager and similar software in XP) to change the type of controller, install XenTools and after that look at the result. Looking forward to your answer, thanks in advance
